Job Title : TIBCO L2 Support Engineer
Location : Remote
Mode : Contract (6+ Months) Level 3
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide L2 support for TIBCO middleware components including BW (BusinessWorks), EMS, Hawk, Administrator, and ActiveMatrix.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration services and message queues.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with L3 support and development teams for complex issue resolution.
- Participate in deployment activities, patching, and upgrades.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and known issues.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3 6 years of experience in TIBCO middleware support.Strong knowledge of TIBCO BW, EMS, Administrator, and Hawk.Experience with Unix / Linux environments and shell scripting.Familiarity with monitoring tools and log analysis.Good understanding of integration patterns and SOA principles.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment (on-call rotation may be required).Preferred Qualifications :
TIBCO certification(s) in BW or EMS.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy).
