Pay Range : $45-60 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10k for full-time and $5k for part-time positions!

About the Role

We are actively seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. Support our mission of delivering excellent dental care in the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences. If you love working with kids (who make up 70% of our patient base), this is the place for you!

Your Responsibilities :

As a Dental Hygienist, you will deliver direct dental care and support to our patients under the general supervision of a dentist. Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Providing quality and compassionate care to every patient
  • Performing direct patient care, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride applications
  • Offering excellent customer service and looking for opportunities to provide Same Day Care
  • Educating patients and parents on oral hygiene
  • Assessing dental conditions and reviewing patients' medical histories
  • Adhering to all government regulations and company standards
  • Guiding parents and patients through the treatment process
  • Assisting with dental and perio charting as needed
  • Taking x-rays and saving them into patient charts when necessary
  • Creating memorable patient experiences through compassion and care

    • Qualifications :

  • Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
  • CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire)
