Hospital Collections Representative

A company is looking for a Hospital Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Process payments, adjustments, claims, and financial applications accurately and timely

Coordinate with staff and reconcile account balances, pursuing payments and addressing denials

Provide assistance and excellent customer service to patients and internal clients, while identifying trends in payment issues

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED

1+ years of hospital collections experience

1+ years of appeals and denied claims experience for a hospital / facility

Experience navigating insurance portals for denied claims resolution

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
