Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, developing and implementing nursing plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and education programs

Requirements :

To be successful in this role, you must have :

A current LPN license in the state of Louisiana

At least one year of experience as an LPN

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions :

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 7am-7pm. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering excellent patient care and a positive work environment.
