• Provide nursing care in facility-based settings such as hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, rehab centers, schools, and clinics\n
• Conduct assessments, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient conditions\n
• Interpret and carry out physician orders and respond to changes in patient status\n
• Oversee and collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, and other support staff\n
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold patient safety standards\n
• Communicate effectively with care teams, patients, and families\n\nWhat You Need : \n
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program\n
• Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin\n
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a healthcare facility\n
• CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)\n
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a calm, professional demeanor\n
