Quality Control Inspector – $25 - $30 / hour

Location : Cypress, CA

Hours : Mon-Fri 6am-2 : 30pm

We are urgently looking for a Quality Control Inspector for an innovative electronic manufacturing company located in Cypress, CA.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conducts mechanical inspections upon receipt of various components, including piece parts, sub-assemblies, and full assemblies. Determines acceptance or rejection based on drawings and specifications. Documents findings across multiple forms and logs, and enters inspection data into an electronic system.
• Verifies part numbers and related details of incoming items against Procurement Data, Packing Slips, and Material Certification for compliance.
• Performs First Article and dimensional inspections, confirming accuracy using engineering drawings, specifications, and precision measurement tools and devices as needed.
• Coordinates with Production to validate plating by requesting testing of plated components prior to final acceptance.
• Manages discrepant materials by documenting issues on Rejection Reports and inputting findings into SAP for review by the Material Review Board (MRB).
• Collaborates with the Manufacturing Engineer to address and communicate issues identified during the production process.
• Engages with the Purchasing Department to review and discuss results of First Article inspections.
