What You Bring

  • Knowledge of payroll best practices.
  • Proficient in using software tools like Excel / Google Sheet.
  • An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact.
  • Constantly thinking of ways to improve and speed up their work.
  • Experience with Colombia or Costa Rica payroll processing.
  • Experience with in-house payroll processing would be considered as a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process GP and in-house payrolls, statutory filing requirements and payroll approvals.
  • Update and maintain accurate payroll records.
  • Support the Payroll Ops team with admin related tasks.
  • Maintain Zendesk ticket queue.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers.
  • Responsible for ensuring full data integrity.
  • Be able to build processes from ground up and focus on continuous improvement.
  • You'll report to : Payroll Operations Manager

    The annual salary range for this full-time position is $26,600 - $29,950 USD.
