Type : Locum Tenens

Setting : Outpatient only (no inpatient or critical care)

Licensing :

Locum license available

Must be fully payer-enrolled (cannot bill as a locum due to covering an APP)

NH-licensed candidates strongly preferred due to payer enrollment delays

Candidate Requirements :

Must commit to completing licensing + credentialing efficiently

Must be comfortable driving in winter / rural conditions

Experience in Pulmonary Medicine required

Rural Health Clinic experience helpful

January 2630, 2026 (35 days)

February 12 April 10, 2026

35 days per week

Schedule

Hours : 8 : 00a5 : 00p (unpaid lunch 121p)

Flexibility : 35 days / week

No overtime, no holidays, no call, no inpatient consults

Clinic Locations

Monday : Lancaster

Tuesday : Optional

Wednesday : Alternating between Whitefield & Littleton

Thursday : Lancaster

Friday : Optional

Clinics only 15 minutes apart (travel time not billable)

Avg. 15 patients / day (predominantly elderly population)

Visit Types :

New consults : 1 hour

Follow-ups : 30 minutes

Support : Assigned MA, practice RN, RN department manager

EMR : Meditech Expanse
