Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (10-hour shifts)

Hours per Week : 40

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1510 - $1620

On-Site Nursing Position

PACU Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas or compact state (Registered Nurse)

At least 1 year of recent PACU nursing experience

BLS certification required

ACLS certification preferred

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

PACU RN Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate nursing care to patients recovering from anesthesia in the PACU

Monitor and assess patient vital signs; respond promptly to changes in condition

Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams for safe patient transitions

Educate patients and families on post-operative care and recovery

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold facility safety standards

Participate in ongoing healthcare quality improvement initiatives
