Locums - Cottonwood, Arizona - Urology Opportunity (IMLC Accepted) Clinical Role :

Start Date : February 23, 2026

Schedule :

February 23-27 : 8 a.m.-5 p.m. with 1-hour lunch, plus beeper call 5 p.m.-8 a.m.

February 28-March 1 : 24-hour beeper call (8 a.m.-8 a.m.)

March 23-27 : 8 a.m.-5 p.m. with 1-hour lunch, plus beeper call 5 p.m.-8 a.m.

March 28-29 : 24-hour beeper call (8 a.m.-8 a.m.)

April 1-3 : 8 a.m.-5 p.m. with 1-hour lunch, plus beeper call 5 p.m.-8 a.m.

April 4-5 : 24-hour beeper call (8 a.m.-8 a.m.)

May 26-29 : 8 a.m.-5 p.m. with 1-hour lunch, plus beeper call 5 p.m.-8 a.m.

May 30-31 : 24-hour beeper call (8 a.m.-8 a.m.)

Amount of Coverage Needed : Full-time; facility is open to candidates available for two weeks per month

Practice Setting : Hospital-based

Facility & Support :

Hospital Bed Size : 99 beds

Support Staff : One Physician Assistant; no other on-site Urologists (MD support assigned as needed)

EMR : Cerner

Robotics : Not available

Clinical Details :

Patient Volume : Approximately 20 clinic patients per day

Procedures : 10-15 procedures per week

Surgeries : 3-4 per day in the OR

Special Procedures : In-clinic vasectomy

Infant circumcision (outpatient; not required)

Equipment : Disposable flexible stethoscopes provided

Qualifications :

Board Certification : Board Certified or Board Eligible

Licensure : Active Arizona license or IMLC accepted

DEA : Required

CSR : Not required

Minimum Experience : 1 year

Credentialing Timeframe : Approximately 30 days

Interview Process : Phone interview with physician required
