Position Overview

Position Summary : Clinical Supervisor is recovery oriented to lead a team of can-do people who continually challenge the status quo, merging cutting-edge innovation with groundbreaking research to effect positive change in the lives of so many. This position is responsible for assisting with the oversight of an integrated treatment setting participating in the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) demonstration project. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for the delivery of clinical services of an integrated OASAS and Article 31 Outpatient Mental Health Clinic serving adults living with substance use disorders and mental illness; including clinical program development, supervision, training and evaluation of professional staff.

Job Functions :

• Assist in oversight of the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
• Liaison with Clinical Supervisor and Clinic Director in all critical areas of operation.
• Supervise and evaluate Fee for Service staff and interns.
• Review service plans of Peer and Case Management staff.
• Provide agency and in-service trainings; promote staff development to ensure clinic staff possess core competencies to effectively treat clients.
• Participation in committees responsible for quality assurance, incident management and utilization review.
• Oversee EHR and clinic procedure training of new staff.
• Responsible for Incident Report submission.
• Provide direct care services as needed.
• Assist in managing client crises and onsite and offsite emergencies.
