IT Technician

Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system errors, connectivity issues, and application malfunctions.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords within Active Directory or similar systems.
• Support the setup and maintenance of LAN / WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of operating systems and standard applications.
