The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Repairs Project Manager to oversee the facility operations and maintenance at NASA’s Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC), Edwards, CA.

• Five (5) years’ experience as a Project Manager (PM) managing and coordinating maintenance repairs and support services contracts.
• Estimate time and cost to develop projects associated with the Facilities Branch.
• Review work requests and drawings for details and manufacturability and recommend changes in scope, design or details, specifications, or processes.
• Liaison and technical interface between facilities, customers and or sub-contractors.
• Evaluate on-site capability to perform requested work.
• Must have the communication skills required to interface and coordinate with other department personnel.
• Must work from building plans, blueprints, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and electrical maintenance and repair manuals.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
