Receptionist Opportunity

A third party collections agency is interested in hiring a receptionist to their team in West Valley City! This is an entry-level opportunity to get your foot in the door with a reputable local company and gain good experience. Responsibilities include :

• Professionally handle high volume incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Input new accounts into company system accurately and efficiently
• Payment collection from customers for multiple offices
• Greet public and clients and direct them to correct staff member if necessary
• Mail verification
• Miscellaneous office tasks
• Meet or exceed company and client performance standards
• Fax, scan and copy documents
• Maintain office filing and storage systems
• Retrieve information when requested from public
• Keep office area clean and tidy

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $17.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
