Program Manager II, Enterprise Resource Planning Systems

Location : Austin, TX, USA

Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.

Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning Systems such as Oracle, SAP, etc.
  • Experience with an end-to-end supply chain.

Preferred qualifications :

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with Contract Manufacturing.
  • Experience in driving systems capabilities, requirements, business process designs, testing and training.
  • Experience with data centers or AI / ML hardware manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with inventory management, procurement processes, and financial reconciliation.

    Responsibilities :

  • Implement and sustain supply chain execution at contract manufacturing sites in support of business operations focusing on procurement, logistics, reverse supply chain etc.
  • Develop and deliver digital capabilities / enhancements as per project / product roadmap focusing on Contract Manufacturers. Execute delivery per project plan, identify and assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and align stakeholders with communications.
  • Develop and articulate tactical plans and roadmap for projects (e.g., project plans, milestones, timelines, etc.), and keep team processes running smoothly.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple internal and external cross-functional teams to evaluate gaps in existing processes, platforms and drive the business case for transformation. Identify, document and manage business requirements pipelines.
  • Translate business requirements to functional and technical designs, map end-to-end process flows through collaboration with partner teams. Develop and review integration, user acceptance and associated program test plans.
