Pay : $17.05 per hour

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

As a Molding Technician , you'll bring your experience in injection molding to a team that values quality, community, and compassion. This is a chance to be more than just another number in a large facility - here, your work matters and your voice is heard

What You'll Do

• Set up and run injection molding machines
• Troubleshoot processing issues and support continuous improvement
• Complete material and color changes as needed
• Assemble, inspect, and package parts at the machine
• Prepare boxes, stack pallets, and operate grinders
• Monitor inventory and maintain documentation for your shift
• Ensure production is running efficiently and safely
• Support and lead production staff as needed
