The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all programs, partnerships, and operations align with the organization's vision and long-term goals. This includes integrating cultural preservation, environmental stewardship, and community engagement into all aspects of the organization. The Executive Director will also oversee the organization's property, which is central to the land back movement, and will be involved in property management, gardening, and the development of cultural and environmental education programming.
