BC forward is currently seeking a highly motivated Collection Specialist i n Phoenix, AZ 85040 - Direct hire

Position Title : Collection Specialist

Location : Phoenix, AZ 85040

Anticipated Start Date : 17th of November

Expected Duration : Direct hire

Note that this role requires approximately 5 weeks of hybrid training schedule Monday - Friday You will need to work in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week throughout training.

Job Type : approximately 5 weeks of a hybrid training schedule

• In-office : Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

(Based on Experience) + (bonus based on performance)

Training (approx. 5 weeks) :

In total, 5 weeks of training

The first 3 weeks of training : 6 AM - 3 PM MST (Monday–Friday)

2 weeks of Nesting 5 AM - 2 PM MST (Monday–Friday)

Night Post Training Shift Schedule :

Monday – Thursday : 11 am - 8 pm or 12 noon - 9 pm MST (hours differ based on daylight saving time)

Friday : 9 am - 6 pm or 10 am - 7 pm MST (hours differ based on daylight saving time)

Saturday : 7 am -11 am or 8 am-12 pm or MST (Rotation) and (hours differ based on daylight saving time)

Pay Range : $19-$24 / hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

As a Collections Team member, you’ll coordinate the activities of collecting delinquent payments for auto loan accounts from customers. The main function of a collector is to locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts to solicit payment. A typical collector is responsible for receiving payment, preparing statements to the credit department if the customer doesn’t respond, and keeping records of collection
