To help deliver on this mission, we are seeking a Senior Associate to develop breakthrough campaigns to drive member engagement in our Medicaid portfolio. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who deeply understands Medicaid programs and how to develop campaign strategies that deliver results in a fast-paced, and regulated environment.
This position will reside within the Marketing Organization which is part of the broader Enterprise Growth team. They will extensively collaborate with the following partners : Market Presidents, Consumer Insights and Analytics, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Operations and Marketing Data and Technology.
Role Responsibilities
As a key member of Humana's Product Marketing team, you will drive product marketing and member engagement strategies for our Medicaid offerings.

Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $94,900 - $130,500 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
