Description

Position Purpose :

The Nurse Supervisor works in a collaborative environment at Holy Cross Health within the Emergency Department to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. This position is a great opportunity to work in an organization that focuses on treating the whole person physically, emotionally and spiritually.

What You Will Do

• Employment Type / Shift : Part Time, Days
• Designated clinical leader for a patient care area who works under the supervision of and in collaboration with the Department Director to plan and coordinate care at the service / department level.
• Contributes to the daily performance, daily adherence to regulatory requirements and drives results of team within assigned department.
• Implements departmental plans and priorities identified by accountable nurse leaders.
