Sr. Compensation Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Compensation Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the stability and effectiveness of our compensation programs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in compensation strategies and data analysis to contribute to a dynamic organization. This position is based in Andover, Massachusetts, and offers the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to develop and maintain competitive pay structures, including pay bands and market pricing.
  • Partner with third-party vendors, such as Mercer, to support compensation and benefits initiatives.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of a new job framework, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze compensation data using advanced Excel skills and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to ensure compensation programs meet the needs of a workforce of over 2,000 employees.
  • Regularly review and benchmark compensation practices against industry standards to maintain competitiveness.
  • Utilize systems like Workday to manage and track compensation processes efficiently.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements :

  • Demonstrated expertise in compensation analysis, including pay bands, market pricing, and benchmarking.
  • Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis, including advanced functions and tools.
  • Experience working with large organizations, ideally supporting a workforce of 2,000+ employees.
  • Familiarity with compensation and benefits software, particularly Workday.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present data-driven insights.
  • Previous experience with third-party vendors for compensation and benefits support, such as Mercer.
