Compensation Range : $25.09 - $35.12

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries / hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities

General Purpose : The individual in this position is responsible for assisting the manager and providing direct supervision of assigned team(s) with daily operations. Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting hospital standards. Must have good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to solve problems, maintain process control, provide training and development, plan work, and sustain department standards and quality. Responsible for managing human resources in the department to assure that a qualified workforce is available and trained to fully meet customer needs and department goals.

Minimum Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience Required
  • or equivalent combination of education and experience Required
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • High degree of professionalism and motivation. Required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills. Required
  • Highly collaborative; self-starter. Required
  • Strong computer skills and ability to type 45 words per minute. Preferred
  • Flexible to be on call and work other assigned hours, weekends and / or responsibilities as needed. Required
  • Licenses and Certifications

  • Certified Application Counselor (CAC) Preferred
