Sales Account Coordinator (Sales Support)

MRO Purchasing company seeking a talented Sales Account Coordinator to support their clients in the automotive industry. Direct Hire + Benefits. Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the US with no sponsorship needed.

Responsibilities :

• Assist customers of US branch with product-related questions by email and in-person.
• Handle claims regarding refunds or exchanges.
• Process orders are given over the phone, email, or internal ERP system.
• Handle communication with customers and vendors to ensure on-time payments.
• Assist in coordinating the delivery process to meet guarantees to customers.
• Manage relationships with customers.
• Update internal databases with account information.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-sales service.
• Prepare, file, and retrieve sales-related documents such as invoices and PO Status.
