Director, Fund Management and Compliance

The Director, Fund Management and Compliance will lead the management, allocation, and reporting of the Internet Society's multi-donor Co-Fund initiatives for Connecting Communities and A Safe & Secure Internet. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring strong financial accountability, strategic alignment with ISOC's priorities, and sustainable growth of our collaborative funding initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic, solutions-oriented leader with deep experience in technology-for-development, multi-donor fund management, and cross-organizational collaboration.

The role requires exceptional coordination skills. The Director, Fund Management and Compliance will work closely with teams across the Internet Society and the Internet Society Foundation, including :

• Program teams (for implementation)
• Philanthropy (for granting, grantee management, and measurement)
• Finance & Legal (for financial reporting and compliance)

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to drive results through influence and partnership, rather than direct line management.

This is a two-year employment term with option to extend based on funding.
