Sunday : 9 : 00 AM – 11 : 00 PM

Position Overview :

Carilion New River Valley Medical Center is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join its Imaging Department. This facility, part of the Carilion Clinic network, is known for its commitment to advanced imaging technology and exceptional patient-centered care.

Requirements :

Certifications : ARRT (MR) and BLS – Required

Experience :

Minimum 1 year MRI experience

Siemens MRI system experience – Required

EPIC charting experience – Required

Clinical Skills :

Experience with : Abdomen, Pelvis (male / female), Brain, MRV, Orbits, Cervical / Lumbar / Thoracic spine

Proficient in : Foot, Hand, Knee, Lower / Upper Extremities, Shoulder, MIP, MRP, Perfusion

Experience in Adult Outpatient and ER / Trauma settings

Additional Details :

First-time travelers : Not accepted

Locals : Not accepted (radius rule applies)

RTO : Must be submitted with profile

Call-off Policy : Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

Holiday Requirement : Must be available to work 1 holiday per 13-week contract, in rotation with staff

Floating : May be required to float within skillset
