Job Overview / Summary :
Psychologists are an essential part of our clinical team, providing evidence-based assessments and interventions to support mental health and well-being. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality psychological care.
Responsibilities :
Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions.
Develop individualized treatment plans and track progress.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with ethical standards.
Provide psychoeducation and support to patients and families.
Primary Skills :
Fully licensed and credentialed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D).
Strong knowledge of diagnostic frameworks and therapeutic modalities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have) :
Experience with both adult and child / adolescent populations.
Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital record systems.
Bilingual or multicultural experience preferred.
Qualifications :
Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
Active state license to practice as a Psychologist.
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (post-licensure preferred).
Experience with adult, child, and / or adolescent populations.
