Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist / Financial Reporting Analyst to support the continued growth and operational excellence of Comfort Temp. This hybrid role bridges operations and finance-leading the rollout of new systems, improving processes across departments, and delivering accurate, actionable financial reporting. The ideal candidate thrives on structure and problem-solving, ensuring that technology and data empower smarter business decisions.
Role and Responsibilities
Implementation & Process Optimization
- Lead the implementation of new software platforms (CRM, ERP, field service management, accounting systems) to streamline HVAC operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful deployment, configuration, and adoption of new tools.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support for new systems and workflows.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose automation or system improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.
- Act as a liaison between operations, sales, service, and finance to ensure seamless data flow and operational alignment.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to leadership, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to track company performance against targets.Consolidate data from multiple business units (installation, maintenance, service) and deliver segment-specific insights.Assist with job costing, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis for service contracts and projects.Ensure data integrity through reconciliations, audits, and compliance checks.Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of experience in financial reporting, business analysis, or system implementation-preferably in HVAC, construction, or a service-based industry.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, or field service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, NetSuite).Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.Excellent communication and training skills with cross-departmental collaboration experience.Project management experience and strong organizational abilities.Preferred Qualifications
Experience implementing or managing business software within a service-based environment.Familiarity with HVAC industry KPIs (maintenance revenue, installation margins, service efficiency).CPA or MBA preferred.Company Culture
