Compensation & Perks
$16.00 / hour + commission & bonus eligibility
Target annual earnings : $50,000 + Unlimited Earning Potential!

What You’ll Do
Engage in daily residential canvassing door to door to generate qualified sales consultations.
Schedule appointment consultations for our sales team.
Record leads & appointments in Salesforce CRM.
Attend training and team meetings.
Manage changing schedules, stay organized & self-driven.
Hours : 20–29 hours per week, Tuesday– Friday, 4 : 00 pm–8 : 00 pm & Saturday, 10 : 00 am – 2 : 00 pm
What You Need
Strong verbal communication & customer service skills
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record
Comfortable standing, walking, and interacting outdoors
Willingness to learn systems (CRM, email tools)
Self-motivated, dependable, goal-oriented
High School Diploma or GED
Condition of Employment : Post-offer background check, MVR Check, and drug screen required. Mountain West Windows and Doors participates in E-Verify.
