A company is looking for an IT Contractor to lead desktop support operations and ensure a reliable, secure, and seamless technology experience for employees.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all desktop support needs across Mac and Windows devices
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues quickly and effectively
Manage device onboarding, provisioning, and deprovisioning processes through MDM
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment
Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows troubleshooting, Google Workspace, Jira, Okta, and MDM systems
Familiarity with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 compliance requirements is a plus
