Job Title : Travel Surgical Technologist (CST / OR) Location : North Alabama Medical Center (NAMC), Florence, AL Shift : 6 : 30 AM – 3 : 00 PM Contract Type : Travel Assignment Duration : 13 Weeks (with potential for extension)

Job Summary : AngelsGate Healthcare Services LLC is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a travel assignment in the Operating Room at North Alabama Medical Center in Florence, Alabama. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Responsibilities :

Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring all instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready

Assist surgeons and nurses during operations by passing instruments and supplies

Maintain sterile fields and adhere to infection control standards

Handle specimens properly and ensure accurate documentation

Monitor and maintain surgical equipment and supplies

Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes

Requirements :

Active CST certification

Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience

Current BLS certification

Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to adapt quickly in high-pressure situations

Completion of all onboarding and compliance requirements
