A well-established independent retail pharmacy in a close-knit munity is seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to join their team. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a pharmacy poised for growth, with plans to build a new, high-visibility location within the next 6 to 9 months. This role is ideal for a pharmacist who thrives in a munity-focused environment and is fortable working as the sole pharmacist on site.

Schedule :
Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM 5 : 30 PMhour lunch break (1 : 00 PM 1 : 30 PM)No weekend or evening shiftsKey Responsibilities :
Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge, overseeing daily pharmacy operationsDispense an average of 100+ prescriptions per dayCollaborate with one pharmacy technician and one clerk on dutyParticipate in the design and setup of a new pharmacy locationEnsure pliance with all regulatory requirements and medication safety protocolsDesired Experience and Qualifications :
Current Nebraska Pharmacist license or willingness to obtain licensureRetail pharmacy experience preferredProven ability to manage pharmacy operations independentlyStrong munity engagement skills; personable and dependableAvailability for virtual interviewsBenefits and pensation :
