Job Details : \n

  • Work 12-hour variable shifts with every other weekend and holiday rotation

    • \n

  • 36 guaranteed hours per week (except during orientation week and holidays when unit is closed)

    • \n

  • 8-week contract assignment

    • \n

  • Float to all inpatient units as needed

    • \n

  • Patient ratio ranges from 1 : 4-1 : 6 during PM shifts and 1 : 8 during night shifts

    • \n

  • Care for 12-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit

    • \n

  • Primary cases include stroke, trauma, debility, amputation, and cardiac patients

    • \n

  • Must have 1 year medical surgical rehab experience preferred or medical / surgical background

    • \n

  • Inpatient hospital setting experience required (STAC)

    • \n

  • Required certifications : Wisconsin RN license, AHA BLS

    • \n

  • Epic charting experience preferred

    • \n

  • Rehabilitation knowledge and skillset required

    • \n

  • Any color scrubs permitted

    • \n

  • Must be outside 50-mile radius of facility

    • \n

  • Associate degree or certificate required, Bachelor's degree preferred

    • \n
