Summary : The Marketing Coordinator at BITZER US, Inc. supports the creation, coordination, and implementation of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is responsible for developing marketing and technical content, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting sales with key customer-facing materials. The Marketing Coordinator also plays a critical role in planning and executing tradeshows, conferences, and internal events. Additionally, the role provides administrative support and collaborates with various departments to ensure smooth communication and project execution.

Duties & Tasks .

• Develop, format, and edit marketing materials including brochures, presentations, emails, and social media content
• Coordinate marketing campaigns including messaging, asset development, and communication schedules
• Plan and execute tradeshows and events, including logistics, booth coordination, and post-event follow-up
• Support the sales team with presentations, proposals, and another customer-facing document
• Maintain and update digital marketing collateral library
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate technical info into clear content
• Manage branded item inventory, product samples, and marketing collateral
• Organize digital filing systems and coordinate internal meetings or visits
• Provide administrative support to the marketing, sales, and executive teams
