Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Orientation and Mobility or Special Education, Certification as a Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist (COMS), and 1+ years Orientation and Mobility Specialist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for an experienced Orientation and Mobility Specialist (OMS) to support K-12 students in a school setting. This contract position runs throughout the current school year, providing services to help visually impaired students develop critical skills for safe and independent travel.
