Sea Freight Coordinator Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate international and domestic shipments (Sea Freight, Export)
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation including B / Ls, invoices, and customs paperwork
- Communicate with carriers, customs brokers, and clients to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to clients and resolving any issues
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and international Export regulations
