Surgical Tech - Surgical Tech CVOR

Job Details :

  • Minimum of 18 months recent CVOR Tech / SA experience required
  • Vascular experience required
  • Must have 18 months permanent CVOR Tech / SA experience prior to travel
  • One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty required for submission
  • ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate completed during orientation with acceptable scores required
  • Maximum of 2 attempts to pass assessments or contract will be canceled
  • Must work at least every other holiday
  • Must have permanent Ohio license in hand at time of submission
  • Compact licenses accepted for starts 1 / 1 / 23 and forward
  • Required certifications must be active with nothing pending
  • Must complete BCI / FBI prints within 48 hours of signing contract
  • Badge pickup and onsite fingerprinting required at facility prior to start date
  • Pre-start modules required (billable up to 4 hours maximum)
  • Must be nicotine free with negative 10 panel + nicotine drug screen within 12 months
  • Background check hits reviewed but no open cases accepted
  • No license hits accepted
