As a Digital Risk Advisory Lead, you will engage with product teams to provide guidance on Digital solution lifecycle risks and controls. You will anticipate and address the risk and compliance needs of the Digital Data & AI teams, providing expertise to establish pragmatic compliance controls supporting data and AI platform selection, global data & AI architecture, data governance tools at scale, enabling data science capabilities, and the design / development / deployment of Responsible AI solutions. The role includes defining an agile risk and compliance strategy that supports standardization, resilience, and sustainability of the data and AI model pipeline, including DataOps, MLOps, and AgentOps.

Main Responsibilities
Serve as the primary digital risk & compliance advisor for Digital / Business solution owners, providing cross-domain guidance on risk management, control implementation, and action planning.
Lead risk assessments, quality assurance strategies, and validation activities for digital solutions, with emphasis on data science, AI, and machine learning initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare for regulatory inspections and internal audits, addressing findings through corrective / preventive action plans.
Define and implement Quality and Compliance Standards for emerging technologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of Digital Quality Systems.
Review project portfolios and ensure appropriate quality staffing across PODs, Programs & Services to meet stakeholder needs.
Oversee quality management of third parties including SaaS / cloud suppliers, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Deliver training and awareness sessions on digital risk & compliance topics to upskill stakeholders and promote a culture of quality.
Support IT Risk Management through identification, characterization, and development of mitigation plans in collaboration with Digital Units.
Execute ICM and SOX Campaigns, including monitoring and implementing corrective actions to maintain compliance.
Plan, monitor, and report on Digital Quality Operations activities within the domain of responsibility, optimizing controls implementation.
About You
Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in Quality Management, Computerized Systems compliance (GxP, SOX, Data Privacy), or Information Technology in regulated environments.
Demonstrated experience in data governance and AI solution development, preferably in a risk advisory context, with expertise in data science, data engineering, MLOps engineering, or software engineering within regulated and agile environments.
Proven ability to identify and address emerging regulatory compliance risks, particularly in data science, AI, and ML domains.
Strong leadership capabilities with success in influencing stakeholders and driving strategic decisions across multiple teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in delivering technical training to diverse audiences.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability, with proven success navigating dynamic technological environments and building stakeholder relationships.

US and Puerto Rico Residents Only. The salary range for this position is : $125,250.00 - $180,916.66. All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
