As a Senior Professional Services Consultant , you will be responsible for driving customer success, adoption, and retention while supporting business growth within global accounts. This role focuses on ensuring seamless onboarding, optimizing customer engagement, and identifying opportunities to expand our footprint within existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee customer onboarding processes, such as platform configuration, banking rollouts, and system integrations
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for managing payments, forecasting cash flows, and establishing comprehensive financial control procedures
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that customer needs are fulfilled and project objectives are successfully accomplished
- Conduct thorough health assessments to support customer outcomes and encourage ongoing engagement
- Gain thorough TIS product knowledge to assist with customer onboarding and training
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in FinTech, Treasury, Banking, or ConsultingStrong understanding of financial messaging, API integration, global payment standards, and security protocols (SFTP, SSO)Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and retentionExcellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to build strong relationships with senior executives and stakeholdersWillingness to travel up to 15%Additional Details
