What You Will Do

Assist senior staff on various projects including traffic and safety analysis, design plans, pavement marking, signage, signal plans, technical specifications, estimates, reports, field data collection, and proposal development. Collaborate with civil engineering disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects.

Desired Skills And Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
• Relevant internship or 1-4 years experience in Traffic Engineering; recent grads considered
• EIT preferred
• Experience with AutoCAD and Synchro preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office, HCS, and Vissim a plus
• Familiarity with MUTCD, HCM, HSM, and AASHTO standards a plus
• Experience with MassDOT standards a plus
• Team player with strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively
