High earning potential on 4 days / week!

Key Highlights :

Location : Dayton Ohio
Patient Base : Pediatric care, Medicaid office with some PPO patients
Work Schedule : 4-5 days / week, no weekends
Technology : Modern office with digital equipment

Compensation and Benefits :

Income Potential : $200,000-$400,000

Guaranteed Minimum : $800-1,100 per day (depending on experience) - for 90-days

Production Bonus : 25% of adj collections (based on experience & specialty); including hygiene codes

Additional Benefits : Health Insurance, Life Savings Plan, mentorship, CE benefits, malpractice Insurance

Long-term Employment : Possible future ownership available

Relocation package : up to 5K

Student Loan repayment : 10K / year (New Grads)

Candidate Requirements :

Dental License : DDS or DMD eligible for or currently holding an Ohio dental license.

Communication Skills : Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Quality Focus : Commitment to high-quality standards and necessary procedures only AND enjoy treating children.
