Position Highlights :

Weekly Home Time : Consistent 34-hour reset at home

Compensation : $0.54–$0.60 CPM (based on verified experience)

Miles : Expect 2,300+ weekly miles

Average Weekly Pay : $1,300–$1,800

Freight Type : 100% no-touch; 50–60% drop & hook

Operating Area : TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, and Western TN

Equipment : 2021 or newer Freightliners & Kenworths

Dispatch Support : Available 24 / 7

Extras You’ll Appreciate :

Detention : $12.50 / hr after 2 hours

Layover & Breakdown : $100 / day

Performance Bonus : Earn up to 3 CPM extra

Hiring Requirements :

Valid CDL-A license

Minimum 3 months recent experience within the last 3 years (any type : local, regional, OTR)

Experience hauling trailers over 40 feet

Age 21 or older

Maximum 3 moving violations in 3 years (no more than 2 in past 12 months)

No DOT-recordable accidents

Must pass both urine and hair follicle drug screening

SAP not accepted
