Overview
Community Missions’ Youth Services Division, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Manager to lead our trauma-informed residential program. This role ensures a safe and supportive environment for youth, families, and staff while integrating the Trauma-Informed Restorative Approach into daily practice.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership, service planning, and therapeutic support (individual & family therapy).
Supervise and support staff, ensuring compliance with OCFS, DSS, OMH, OSHA, and agency standards .
Collaborate with the Program Manager to maintain program safety and quality of care.
Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a restorative, safe environment.
Participate in on-call rotation and maintain strong communication with team and families.
Qualifications
Licensed Master’s-level Mental Health Professional ( LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or related ).
Infraction-free NYS Driver’s License required.
Experience with emotionally disturbed youth, counseling, and group facilitation.
Strong supervisory, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
CPR / First Aid certified (Agency will provide)
