Up to $55.00 per hour based on clinical services provided.

Job Title : Associate / Licensed Mental Health Therapist Associate

Location : 1 day per week in the Santa Barbara Office and telehealth options.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide individual, and family therapy under the supervision of a licensed clinician.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to clients’ mental health needs.
• Address a range of mental health concerns, including trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, eating disorders, grief, and emotional barriers.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Utilize Telehealth platforms to provide accessible and effective care to clients.
