A company is looking for a Dental Care Coordinator I.

Key Responsibilities

Obtain necessary documentation from service providers to complete reviews

Manage queues and files with timely follow-ups and within standard operating procedures

Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate updates on file progress

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or G.E.D

2-3 years of dental assistant experience; Certified Dental Assistant preferred

Ability to read x-rays with beginning / moderate proficiency

Experience with Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
