Who You Are :

A dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to safety, organization, and efficiency. The Shipping & Receiving Team Member plays a crucial role in manufacturing operations by ensuring the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments. This position is responsible for receiving deliveries, verifying inventory accuracy, packing, and preparing shipments, and maintaining an organized factory. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while following safety and quality guidelines. The successful candidate must be able to work Monday to Friday 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM.

What You’ll Do :

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices.
• Load & Unload, sort, and organize incoming freight, ensuring items are handled with care and accuracy ands stored properly.
• Prepare, pack, and label outgoing shipments in accordance with company and carrier standards.
• Coordinate with carriers and shipping companies for timely deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, updating logs and databases, as necessary.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (if applicable).
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Oversee the organization and upkeep of the yard and factory to ensure a clean, safe, and functional workspace.
• Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
• Keep the shipping and receiving area clean and organized.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or shipping-related issues.
