• Schedule : 24-hour call, 2 weeks per month

Job Setting : Hospital and Outpatient Clinic

Type of Cases : Full spectrum of orthopedic cases minus complex pelvic issues

Credentialing : 60-90 days

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

Fellowship trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon

Certifications : BLS, DEA

Licensure : Active Washington license required or active IMLC with LOQ in hand
