We are seeking experienced sales professionals to join our Land Rover sales team . Automotive sales or internet sales experience is a plus, but we also welcome strong performers from hospitality, bartending, waiting tables, or military backgrounds who have proven success in sales and customer service. This is more than a sales position; it's an opportunity to be part of a legacy, guiding discerning clients through their journey of acquiring some of the world's most iconic vehicles.
What We’re Looking For :
Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.Sales experience required (automotive, retail, or hospitality)Internet / BDC, luxury, or customer-facing background preferredStrong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Driven, motivated, and coachableValid driver's license with a clean driving record.Professional appearance and demeanor.What We Offer

Engage with clients to understand their automotive needs and preferences.Present and demonstrate Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, features, and industry trends.Foster long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.Other duties as assigned.Physical Requirements
Standing and Walking : Consultants often spend significant time on their feet, walking around the dealership, assisting customers, and demonstrating vehicles.Sitting : There may be periods of sitting, such as during customer meetings or paperwork.Reaching and Bending : Consultants may need to reach into vehicles to demonstrate features or retrieve items.Lifting : Occasionally, there might be a need to lift or move documents, brochures, or other materials.About Us
