Join Bel-Air Manor, a reputable 71-bed, family-owned skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing exceptional short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We are actively seeking passionate full-time, part-time, and per diem Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A's) to become part of our caring team!

Current Openings : Part-Time, Full-Time, and Per Diem Positions

Your main responsibility as a Certified Nursing Assistant will be to deliver high-quality daily nursing care to our residents, adhering to their assessment and care plans under the guidance of your supervisors.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide compassionate, basic care to residents and assist them with daily activities.
Maintain accurate records by documenting all entries in flow sheets, notes, and charts in a clear and descriptive manner.
Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications :

Possession of a valid Connecticut C.N.A certification.

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language effectively.
