Senior Program Manager
FTI is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead our Defensive / Resilient Cyber teams. This role will oversee a diverse portfolio of advanced technologies and services designed to maintain and optimize cyber defense across critical missions. As Senior Program Manager, you will provide leadership, strategy, and oversight to multi-disciplinary teams delivering cutting-edge cyber resilience solutions. You will work closely with government customers, internal stakeholders, and technical experts to ensure the successful delivery of programs that directly support national defense objectives.
Responsibilities
- Acquisition and Budget Planning :
Develop and manage budgets for cyber programs using DoD and industry standards.
Oversee fiscal forecasting, tracking, and reporting to meet program goals.Customer and Stakeholder Engagement :Serve as the liaison between FTI, technical teams, government agencies, and customers.
Gather requirements, refine objectives, and establish funding needs for cyber resilience assessments.Program and Technical Leadership :Lead program deliverables, status reports, and review meetings.
Provide strategic guidance on cyber resilience, risk management, and threat analysis.Oversee the delivery of advanced cyber defense capabilities.Business Development and Strategy :Identify new opportunities in the cybersecurity domain.
Collaborate with Business Development to drive go-to-market strategies and expand revenue streams.Functional Leadership :Build and lead high-performing teams.
Foster a collaborative environment focused on delivering effective cybersecurity solutions.Stay current on cyber trends and defense standards.Education / Qualifications
Active DoD Top Secret clearance, with eligibility to obtain a TS / SCI.Bachelor's degree in Business, Cyber Security, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.10+ years of proven program management experience within DoD cyber or related mission domains.Deep understanding of cyber resilience, mission assurance, and emerging threats.Proven track record managing complex cybersecurity projects with cross-functional, geographically diverse teams.Experience as a P&L Lead using financial management tools like Earned Value Management (EVM).Skilled in managing multi-vendor environments and multi-task contracts.PMP Certification is highly desired.Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially MS Excel.Familiarity with Agile development (SAFe) and a strong grasp of cybersecurity concepts.Strong critical thinking skills to translate technical data into actionable plans.Ability to travel up to 10%.
