Salary :

Our Primary Care clinic is searching for a qualified and motivated nurse to join our team. Certification as RN, LPN, or CMA is required. A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a primary care setting is required (2+ years is more desirable). Familiarity with computers is imperative. The ideal candidate will be diligent, flexible, and able to work well in a team environment. Applicants should note that this is a fast-paced work place which will challenge one to higher levels of efficiency.

• Checking vitals
• Interviewing patients
• Reviewing and updating allergies and medications
• Updating chief complaints
• Managing patient care according to each patients needs under Provider Supervision
• Phlebotomy, Collecting Urine Specimens, Throat swabs, EKG, spirometry
• Administering injections of medications
• Verifying that patient charts are updated promptly and accurately
• Observing and recording patients conditions and reactions to medications and treatments
• Creating and entering data in spreadsheets, drafting memos and letters when needed
• Referrals and obtaining Pre-Certifications for procedures and medication
• Attending to refill requests, patient forms, and other patient-related documentation
• Communicating with patients by phone and / or via the patient portal

Job Type : Full-time

Schedule : Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations : Masks, hand sanitizers and PPE are provided to staff. Masks are required for everyone while in the office.

Primary Care : 1-2 years (Required)

EMR systems : 2 years (Preferred)

License : RN, LPN, or CMA (Required)

Work Location : one location primarily but at times may require travel to other clinics
